Protecting our teenagers is our number one priority.
Here’s what you can expect:
Every adult serving in our youth ministry is required to complete a mandatory Safety Awareness Training and background check.
We'll have a team dedicated to keeping your youth safe during every part of the event. These include security staff and volunteers.
-
If you are unable to cover the cost of the conference but would still like to attend, you are welcome to join the sponsorship waitlist for a fully covered registration.
Please use the link below to apply for sponsorship.
-
To make a donation, please use the link provided in the donations section above.
All contributions will go toward supporting youth who may not be able to afford registration, helping create a meaningful and memorable conference experience for every youth.
-
Youth who take medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag.
Youth will be responsible for carrying and administering their own medication.
If a teenager needs help with their medication, their Leader can help administer it with parent consent.
All medications must be documented during the bag-check at the campus check-in.
-
There is no registration deadline; however, all participants are required to complete registration prior to attending the conference.
-
All adult volunteers must be members of Freedom City Church, be currently on the Path in TRI 1 or higher, and have completed Live Scan clearance with approval from Freedom City Church staff.
