  • DON’T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING:

    • Notebook and bible

    • Sunscreen, workout clothes, tennis shoes, and water bottle

    NOT ALLOWED: weapons, bad attitudes, tobacco products, drugs, vapes, alcohol, lighters. This will not be tolerated at Freedom City Church and will result in dismissal

  • Protecting our teenagers is our number one priority.

    Here’s what you can expect:

    Every adult serving in our youth ministry is required to complete a mandatory Safety Awareness Training and background check.

    We'll have a team dedicated to keeping your youth safe during every part of the event. These include security staff and volunteers.

  • If you are unable to cover the cost of the conference but would still like to attend, you are welcome to join the sponsorship waitlist for a fully covered registration.

  • To make a donation, please use the link provided in the donations section above.

    All contributions will go toward supporting youth who may not be able to afford registration, helping create a meaningful and memorable conference experience for every youth.

  • Youth who take medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag.

    Youth will be responsible for carrying and administering their own medication.

    If a teenager needs help with their medication, their Leader can help administer it with parent consent.

    All medications must be documented during the bag-check at the campus check-in.

  • There is no registration deadline; however, all participants are required to complete registration prior to attending the conference.

  • All adult volunteers must be members of Freedom City Church, be currently on the Path in TRI 1 or higher, and have completed Live Scan clearance with approval from Freedom City Church staff.
